Product Returns

If you need to return your Bagito products, for any reason, we can accept them back within 20 days of the initial order placement. The products need to be new, in original condition, with the packaging/hangtags attached. Please contact us at Orders@Bagito.co to facilitate a return.

Manufacturing Defects

If you receive a new Bagito from us and there is a manufacturing defect please let us know and we will immediately replace it, free-of-charge. Please contact us at Orders@Bagito.co and let us know the issue. Include a picture if you can, and we will get a replacement to you as soon as possible.

End-of-Life

When your Bagito product has reached it's end-of-life (it just does not function the way it is intended to or is just plain too old) we want it back! We take back any/all Bagito products to recycle or upcycle. Our partner recyclers and upcyclers can reuse 98% of the materials to make new products (not just Bagitos!)  For help sending your end-of-life Bagito products back, please contact us at Info@Bagito.co and let us know you have an end-of-life product(s) to send back.
