Bagito Return Policy
You may return new and unused items within 60 days of delivery for a full refund (excluding any freight charges). All items must be clean and have their original, unaltered hangtags attached.
Retailers, please make sure to remove any added pricing stickers.
How to return:
- Call us at 831-536-4160 and press 0.
- Please have a copy of your invoice ready for easy reference.
- Obtain an RMA # (Return Material Authorization Number)
- Write the RMA# on the outside of the package and mail back to us at:

All items need to be received before a refund is issued. You should expect to receive your refund within 2-4 weeks of your return
